These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Just Spas website and your purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

About us

Just Spas is part of the Spa Industries Global group, an Australian-owned manufacturer based in Hallam, Victoria, supplying spas, swim spas, saunas and ice baths to customers across Australia since 1994.

Eligibility

To purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract.

Quotes and pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Some products are sold via personalised quote rather than fixed online pricing.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote (typically 30 days) and may be subject to change due to specification updates, freight variations or stock availability.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product description errors and to decline or cancel any order where such an error has occurred.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order or accepting a quote constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once we have confirmed acceptance in writing (typically by email) and, where applicable, received cleared payment or finance approval. We may decline any order at our discretion.

Payment

We accept payment via credit and debit card, bank transfer (EFT), and approved finance partners including Humm90, Afterpay and Zip. Eligibility for finance is determined by the relevant finance partner. Manufacturing of custom-configured products will generally not commence until full payment or finance approval is confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery times and terms are described in our Shipping Policy and form part of these Terms.

Warranty and Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). In addition, each product is supported by manufacturer warranty terms — typically 7 years on the shell, 5 years on pumps and electronics, and 1 year on the cabinet — as detailed on our Warranty page.

Returns and refunds

Your rights to returns and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy, which is to be read together with these Terms and is subject to the ACL.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, photography and the names "Just Spas", "TuffFrame™", "Signature", "Cyclone" and "LeisureRite" — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Website use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Use the website to transmit viruses or harmful code.
Engage in any conduct that may damage our reputation or interfere with other users.

Privacy

Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links and services

Our website may link to third-party services (such as finance providers, review platforms and social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law (and without limiting the consumer guarantees you have under the ACL):

Our liability for any breach of these Terms is limited, at our election, to repairing or replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product, or refunding the price paid.
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, except where the ACL requires otherwise.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, supply-chain interruptions, industrial action or government measures.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
