Every Just Spas spa, swim spa, sauna or ice bath leaves our Hallam, Victoria headquarters and travels to your address with care. We’ve been delivering Australian-made spas since 1994 — the team has it down to a fine art.
How delivery works

2. Order & prepare
Place your order, choose how to pay or finance, and get your site ready while we build your spa.
3. Delivery & positioning
Our delivery team brings your spa to your address and positions it on your prepared base.
4. Connect & enjoy
A licensed electrician completes the final connection — then it’s time to fill, heat and enjoy.
Preparing your site
A bit of prep makes delivery day smooth. You’ll need a level, firm base sized for your model — a concrete slab, decking rated for the filled weight of your spa, or pavers on a properly compacted base.
Plan for clear access from the street to the install spot — at least 1m wider than the spa for standard spas, more for swim spas. And make sure a suitable power supply is in reach (a licensed electrician will confirm requirements for your model).

What about tight access?
Crane lifts
For yards behind fencing or with no side access, a crane can lift your spa straight in. Available at additional cost — we’ll arrange and quote it for you.
On-side trolleys
Where there’s side-of-house access, our team can wheel the spa in on specialist trolleys — the standard option for most homes.

How long does delivery take?
Lead time varies by model, configuration and location. We’ll give you a clear timeframe at quote stage. Standard production plus transit is typically a few weeks; custom or made-to-order builds take longer.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery cost depends on your location and access requirements. We quote it upfront as part of your all-in price — no surprises later.
Do I need to be home?
Yes — you (or a representative) need to be home to sign for delivery, point out where the spa goes, and confirm everything looks right before our team leaves.
What if it rains on delivery day?
Light rain is generally fine. For heavy rain or unsafe conditions we may reschedule for safety — we’ll let you know as early as possible.
Can I track my delivery?
You’ll receive updates from us as your spa moves through manufacturing and dispatch, with a confirmed delivery window once it’s on the way.
