What goes inside a Just Spas spa — TuffFrame™ construction, insulated cabinets, suction-less filtration and ergonomic seating engineered for Australian conditions.
Most of what makes a great spa great is hidden from view. The frame holding the shell square, the cabinet trapping heat, the filtration running efficiently, the seating contoured to actually deliver hydrotherapy. We’ve refined every one of these things over 30+ years of building spas in Hallam, Victoria.
The frame is the skeleton of your spa. Get it wrong and the shell starts to flex, joins start to stress, and years down the line you can end up with leaks and cracking. Get it right and your spa holds its shape for decades.
Our TuffFrame™ structural construction is purpose-designed to support the shell evenly, distribute weight properly, and shrug off the constant heat-and-cool cycle. It’s why every Just Spas spa comes with up to 7 years of shell warranty — we know what’s holding it together.
The single biggest factor in your spa’s ongoing running cost is heat retention. Heat costs money to generate, and any heat that escapes is heat you’re paying for again. So insulation matters — a lot.
Every Just Spas spa includes a properly insulated cabinet that traps heat where it belongs. Combined with the heat the pumps naturally generate, your spa effectively recycles its own warmth — keeping it ready to use without working the heater overtime.
Older-style spa filtration relies on strong suction fittings that pull water through filters under pressure — which means the pump is constantly working against drag. Our suction-less filtration approach reduces that drag substantially.
The practical benefits: pumps last longer, run quieter, and use less energy day to day. There’s also a safety angle — no strong suction fittings to worry about. Cleaner water, lower running costs, longer pump life.
A spa with badly placed jets is just a warm bath. Every Just Spas seat is contoured to the body, with jets positioned to actually target the muscle groups they’re meant to. Shoulders, lower back, calves, feet — each seat has its own purpose.
Loungers stretch out the full body for an extended massage. Bucket seats focus on specific zones with deeper, more targeted pressure. The result: a proper hydrotherapy session that actually does something for you.
Quality engineering means a spa that holds up for years — not one that needs replacing in five.
Insulated and energy-efficient — day-to-day running costs stay reasonable.
Ergonomic seating and targeted hydrotherapy that actually does something.
