Honest, all-in pricing

Every quote we give is the same quote you actually pay. We include delivery, we tell you what’s optional, and we don’t spring surprises at the order stage. If we’ve quoted you, that’s the number.

Going factory-direct also means you skip the showroom markup — you’re buying from the people who build the spa, not the people reselling it. And if you’d like to spread the cost, we offer flexible finance through Humm90, Afterpay and Zip.

A real factory behind every spa

Our Hallam, Victoria headquarters is the real thing — a working factory, an engineering and design team and customer support all on one site. And at our Capalaba, QLD showroom you can sit in the models you’re interested in, see the finishes up close, and meet the people behind them.

This isn’t a glossy showroom with imported stock. It’s where our spas are designed, manufactured and finished, before they leave for backyards across Australia.

30+ years of long-term relationships

We’ve been building Australian-made spas since 1994 — which means we’ve been around long enough to have customers calling us about spas we built in the 90s. Some of those customers are now on their second or third Just Spas spa.

That kind of longevity isn’t accidental. It’s what happens when you focus on quality manufacturing, fair pricing and looking after people properly — year after year.
