About Just Spas

Are Just Spas spas really made in Australia?

Yes. Our spas, swim spas and spa ranges are manufactured at our Hallam, Victoria facility under the Spa Industries Global parent group — one of Australasia’s largest spa manufacturers. We produce our Signature, Cyclone and LeisureRite ranges in-house with no outsourced manufacturing.

How long has Just Spas been operating?

We’ve been manufacturing Australian-made spas since 1994 — more than 30 years of building, refining and delivering spas to homes across the country.

Where are you located?

Our headquarters and factory are in Hallam, Victoria, and our showroom is in Capalaba, Queensland. We deliver Australia-wide from our factory.

What brands do you make?

Our in-house spa ranges include Signature, Cyclone and LeisureRite — each tuned for different needs across our compact, family, premium and round designs.

Pricing & ordering

Why don’t prices show on the website?

Final pricing varies by model, options and delivery location, so we provide a personalised, all-in quote for each customer — with no hidden fees and the sharpest factory-direct price.

How do I request a quote?

Click “Request a Quote” on any model, or use the contact form, telling us your postcode and any models that interest you. We’ll respond promptly with a tailored price.

Is there an obligation when I request a quote?

No obligation at all. Quotes are free and we won’t pressure you. Take your time — we’re happy to answer questions whenever you’re ready.

How do I pay?

You can pay outright or use one of our finance partners — Humm90, Afterpay or Zip — to spread the cost. We’ll walk you through the options that work best for you.

How long from order to delivery?

Lead time varies by model and location. Some in-stock spas can ship within a couple of weeks; custom or made-to-order configurations take longer. We’ll give you a clear timeframe at quote stage.

Delivery & installation

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes. We arrange delivery to homes across Australia from our Hallam, Victoria headquarters. Share your postcode and we’ll confirm options and timing for your area.

What’s included in delivery?

Standard delivery includes drop-off and positioning of your spa in a pre-prepared, accessible spot. Crane lifts or tight-access deliveries can be arranged at additional cost — we’ll discuss specifics during your quote.

What do I need to prepare before delivery?

You’ll need a level, firm base sized for your model, clear access from the street to the install spot, and a suitable power supply nearby. Have a licensed electrician available for final connection.

Do you install the spa?

We’ll position your spa in place. Final electrical connection must be done by a licensed Australian electrician for safety and warranty compliance. We can advise on local options.

Warranty & finance

What warranty is included?

Every Just Spas spa includes manufacturer warranty: up to 7 years on the shell, 5 years on pumps and electrics, and 1 year on the cabinet. Specific cover varies by model — ask us for the exact details before you buy.

What does the warranty cover?

Coverage includes manufacturing and material defects under normal residential use. Wear and tear, accidental damage and issues caused by improper installation or maintenance aren’t covered. Your Australian Consumer Law rights also apply.

What finance options are available?

We offer flexible finance through Humm90, Afterpay and Zip. Eligibility and terms are determined by each provider — we’ll walk you through which option might suit you best.

Can I apply for finance through you?

You apply directly through Humm90, Afterpay or Zip — a quick online process. We can guide you to the right starting point when you’re ready to proceed.

Care & running costs

How much does a spa cost to run?

Running costs vary by size, usage, climate and energy tariff. Quality insulation, a well-fitted cover and sensible heating settings help keep day-to-day costs comfortably low — we’ll give you guidance specific to your model.

How often do I need to change the water?

Typically every 3–4 months, depending on usage. With proper water care between changes — sanitiser, pH balance, and a clean filter — your spa stays sparkling clean.

How often do I clean the filter?

Rinse the filter every couple of weeks and deep-clean it every month or two with a filter cleaner. Replace every 12–18 months for best performance.

Do I need to drain my spa in winter?

No — in fact, a Just Spas spa is perfect for winter use. Insulated cabinets keep heat in, and many owners say winter is when they enjoy their spa most.
