That’s why we can back our spas with manufacturer warranty covering the shell, the pumps and electrics, and the cabinet — with different coverage windows reflecting the realistic working life of each part.

What’s covered

Manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that emerge under normal residential use within the relevant coverage window. Specifically:

Structural defects of the spa shell and surface delamination under normal use.
Original pumps, blowers, heaters and control systems against material or workmanship defects.
The cabinet against defects in materials and workmanship for the first year.

Your statutory consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) sit alongside this manufacturer warranty and are not limited by it.

What’s not covered

Like any manufacturer warranty, there are a few things outside the scope:

Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper installation or chemical balance.
Normal wear-and-tear items such as filter cartridges, headrests, jet inserts and cover skins.
Commercial use (the warranty is intended for residential installations).
Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than an authorised Just Spas technician without prior approval.
Damage from water that’s frozen in the spa or plumbing.

How to make a warranty claim

If something isn’t right with your spa, please contact us through the Support & Service page or our contact form. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please have ready:

Your spa model and the original order or invoice.
A short description of what’s happening and when it started.
Photos or a short video of the issue, if visible.

Our team will review the details, confirm whether the issue is covered under warranty, and arrange next steps — from troubleshooting tips through to dispatching parts or arranging a service visit.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this warranty limits or replaces those rights.

Manufacturer warranty is offered to the original purchaser at the original installation address. Contact us if you’re buying or selling a used Just Spas spa — we can discuss what coverage may still apply.

Labour and call-out coverage depend on the part, the model and where you’re located. We’ll confirm what’s included as part of your claim before arranging any work.

Our standard manufacturer warranty is designed for residential use. If you’re planning a commercial install (clinic, gym, holiday rental, etc.), let us know up front so we can advise on suitable models and coverage options.

Saunas and ice baths come with their own manufacturer warranty cover. Coverage windows vary by product and model — see the specific product page or ask us when you request a quote.
