Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver spas, swim spas, saunas and ice baths from our Hallam, Victoria headquarters to customers across Australia. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Where we deliver

We deliver Australia-wide, including metropolitan and regional areas. Some very remote locations are quoted individually based on freight access. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery timeframes depend on the product, your location, and whether the item is in stock or custom-configured:

  • In-stock spas and accessories: typically 1–4 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Made-to-order spas, swim spas, saunas and ice baths: typically 4–10 weeks, depending on configuration and current production schedule.
  • Regional and remote deliveries: please add additional transit time, which we will confirm when scheduling.

All timeframes are estimates. We will confirm the expected dispatch window when your order is accepted and contact you to schedule delivery as the date approaches.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees vary based on the product, your location and the level of access at your address. Standard delivery and any additional services (such as crane lifts) will be quoted with your order. Final freight pricing depends on:

  • The size and weight of the product.
  • The distance from our Hallam facility to your address.
  • Whether kerbside, driveway or in-place delivery is required.
  • Any specialised lifting equipment needed.

What standard delivery includes

Standard delivery is kerbside or driveway drop-off using a tilt-tray or pallet-jack truck. The driver will place the product in the most accessible safe location at the front of your property. Moving the product into its final position is not included in standard delivery.

Crane and specialised lift services

If your spa, swim spa or ice bath needs to be lifted over a fence, onto a deck, or otherwise transported through restricted access, a crane lift can be arranged. We will help you assess the site and provide a quote before delivery. Crane services are scheduled separately and are subject to weather and crane availability.

Site preparation — your responsibilities

Before delivery day, please make sure:

  • Access: the path from kerbside to the install location is clear and wide enough for the product. Most spas require at least 1 m of clear access; swim spas require considerably more. We will discuss specific requirements when scheduling.
  • Foundation: a level, structural base suitable for the loaded weight of the product (for example, a reinforced concrete pad). Refer to your model's specifications and your installer for detailed requirements.
  • Power: a qualified electrician has been engaged to install the appropriate electrical connection (typically a dedicated 15 amp RCD-protected circuit for spas, and a 32 amp three-phase or single-phase circuit for swim spas depending on model). Power should be ready prior to or shortly after delivery.
  • Water: access to a garden hose or potable water source to fill the spa once installed.
  • Permits: any applicable council approvals or pool-safety requirements in your state.

On delivery day

Please ensure someone aged 18 or over is present to receive the delivery and inspect the product. Inspect the packaging and product for any visible transit damage and note any concerns on the delivery paperwork before signing. If damage is found, see our Refund Policy for next steps.

Re-delivery and access issues

If our delivery team arrives and is unable to complete the delivery due to inadequate access, an absent recipient or an unprepared site, a re-delivery fee may apply. We will always work with you to find a workable solution before any additional charge is raised.

Title and risk

Risk in the product passes to you on delivery. Title in the product passes to you once full payment has been received and the product has been delivered.
